It is against my housing lease to smoke indoors. So I smoke outdoors. Sudddenly we have a city-wide blackout and we're ordered not to bother smoking outdoors. Question: Can concrete or asphalt burn? Answer: No, it is impossible. Question: Can it be reasonably enforced in a court of law? I doubt it! We’ve all seen some dumb things, even if we are the ones who do them.
