Closed But No Cigar

Banks are a big pain in the ass. The fees are outrageous. The lines are long. The clerks treat you like you have some kind of venereal disease that can be transferred through the handling of money. Don’t even get me started on the hours…
According to the Elmira Star-Gazette, a man tried to rob a bank that had already closed.
The man showed up at the bank in a mask and wielding a shotgun but couldn’t open the doors because they were already locked. Luckily they had an ATM he could hold up for money.
Some people who were still inside the bank got the guy’s license plate and police tracked him down and arrested him. Ironically, the license plates were bolted to the car upside down.
A judge ordered him to go to prison after he failed to post his bail and just to make sure, the judge gave the man the jail’s hours of operation.

Question: Can concrete or asphalt burn? Answer: No, it is impossible.
Question: Can it be reasonably enforced in a court of law? I doubt it!
