No Laughing Matter

We here at Dumbcriminals.com like to have a good laugh now and again, but these girls are taking it a bit too far.

ACWORTH, Georgia (AP) — Georgia authorities Wednesday were searching for two young women, possibly teenagers, who robbed a supermarket bank branch, laughing as they held up a teller with nothing but sunglasses to disguise their faces.

The two handed a Bank of America branch teller a note demanding cash, smiled as they waited and then walked out with stolen money Tuesday, police said.

They laughed while holding up a bank. I’m sure they were just thinking of a really funny joke at the time, you know the one about the penguin, the priest and the President all trapped on a ice flow in the middle of Antartica.

Police also said the two bank robbing girls could be as young as 16-years-old. How did they hold up the bank? Did they threaten to break the teller’s heart by declining his offer to take them to the prom?

The two girls, who have not been identified, are still at large, and police are warning the public if they see them to approach them with extreme caution since they are armed and easily amused.

    This is a very ture story. The two girls have been caught at this time and they are 19 yrs old and “like totaly best friends forever” One of the girls boyfriend was the bank teller and that is how they set it up. Reports were that they got away with about 11,000 dollars and went shopping. One has posted bail and one has not at this point.

    those cops must be pretty fucked up if they can’t catch on that it was a set up if it wasn’t a set up i don’t think they would have been laughing and i think they would havew been wearing more than sun glasses for a disguise…

    i agree with jack. incest anyone? if you are dumb enough to rob a bank, shame on you. if you are dumb enough to only whear sunglasses, and i cant find you, shame on me. if you then get away with the thing, shame on everyone working at the current time. i think the employer needs to take his staff and do a little ‘housecleaning’.

    I wonder how to read that “nothing but sunglasses”. Is that “[nothing but sunglasses] … [to disguise their faces]“, or “[nothing but] … [sunglasses to disguise their faces]“?
