Times are tough. People are cutting back on all sorts of things: food, cable, regular pool cleanings, gas for the getaway car.
Two bank robbers were caught when their getaway car ran out of gas, according to CFNews13.com.
The guys robbed a bank with a gun, jumped in their car and it eventually ran out of gas. Finally, we see an upside to the General Motors bankruptcy. Now that’s reinvention.
Police arrested the two after their car stopped just a few blocks from the bank. They then took them to a nearby gas station, so they could get gas for their car. Then after they refueled the tank, police took them to jail.
