Muoi Van Nguyen, come on down! You’re the next person to be featured on DumbCriminals.com!
KHQ-TV reported the man allegedly broke into a liquor store with a hammer that was worth more than the loot.
Oh alcohol, is there anything you can’t do? Other than keep families together and create level-headed people who can think clearly and rationally, especially for people who have trouble functioning as well sober?
The hammer cost around $10, but the bottle of liquor he stole barely cracked the $9 mark. I’m guessing money was no object to him.
He had to use the hammer because he tried to break the window with a rock. That’s when you know you’re in trouble in the brains department, when a rock is too complicated of a tool.

He used a $10 hammer to steal a $9 bottle. So what? Did he buy the hammer specifically to steal liquor, or maybe he ALREADY OWNED the hammer. Are you saying that people never use a $500 gun to mug someone for $50 in their wallet?
It doesn’t say he left the hammer behind does it? What was the depreciated value of a used hammer? Besides, who said he paid for that hammer? He probably stole that too. So, a hammer that cost nothing is used to steal a $9 bottle. That makes him a genius by your logic.
I think the stupid award goes to the author. Way to take on for the team!!!
