Insert Your Own Dumb ‘Drive-Thru’ Joke Here

If I’ve said it once, I’ve said 7,514 times: drinking and driving don’t ever mix. Don’t do it. I know the cars have cup holders and you think that that will make the driving experience safer because that makes it “hands-free,” but it’s still flat out wrong.
That didn’t stop one woman from driving drunk, crashing into a convenience store and then trying to buy a pack of beer in the same convenience store, according to the AP.
The car plowed through the front of the store and the woman got out of the car, pulled a six pack from the fridge, plopped it down and told the clerk to ring it up. The worst part was that the clerk wasn’t even supposed to be there today.
Fortunately, the store was empty at the time of the accident and no one was hurt. Unfortunately, they only had (gulp!) light beer for sale. Perish the thought.
It should also be noted the driver of the vehicle was 71 years young. She’s really old and she’s really drunk. Those are two things that should never go together and I’ve got the family Christmas memories to prove it.
