@ rob the 1,700 lb was presumably in the trailer. i dont know about all areas but here if you are going more than 15mph below the posted speed limit without your hazards on, you can get pulled over/ticketed.

First off they deff said he was Pulled over and the lime was to hide the smell in the TRAILOR. doesn’t matter if the drugs are in your car, your backpack, or even your *** its still considered drug possesion on your person. If yall had paid any attention to the article you would have noticed it said ” trailer”, so that would imply a semi trailer. Which can carry that amout of weed. Plus alot of states have laws against driving to slow. Driving to slow is just as dangerous as driving to fast.
