Over the Weed Limit

It goes without saying if you’re a pot smoker and you’re speeding, you shouldn’t leave your stash sitting on the front seat if you get pulled over. Now, somebody tell this guy…
PORTLAND, Ohio (Columbian) — When Elijah J. Clay, 19, of Portland, was pulled over for speeding Sunday night by the Washington State Patrol, it was just the beginning of his problems.
Clay was driving a 1999 Daewoo four-door eastbound on state Highway 14 near Lieser Road.
Trooper Todd Gates saw what appeared to be marijuana on Clay’s lap after he pulled him over about 7:30 p.m.
There also was marijuana on the vehicle’s floorboard, according to the WSP.
You know, it’s hard to blame this guy for getting caught. I mean, marijuana makes you forget stuff. That’s because marijuana makes you forget stuff, AND it makes you forget stuff.
Also, how does a guy high on the wackyy tobacky get caught speeding? I thought people addicted to weed did things really slow. That’s why Ricky Williams quit the Dolphins.
He also didn’t have a driver’s license. Hey, that’s not really his fault. I mean, weed makes you forget stuff.
