One pot head busted by police has sued at a photo development place for providing police with photos of his growing farm after they developed his photos, according to the Canadian Press.
I know. I couldn’t believe it either when I read it. People still get their film developed at those one-hour photos places? Come on, it’s the 00′s. Get digital already.
The charges were dropped because police couldn’t use the photos as evidence, and the victim claimed the company violated their rights including their right to privacy, prevent unreasonable searches and seizures and parrrrrrrrty.
