Dope Gets Roped

Despite all of their obvious inconveniences and annoyances, cell phones have made our lives a lot easier. We can send and receive calls from just about anywhere in the universe. We can check our email, get the weather and directions on them. They’ve made narcotics police officers’ jobs a hell of a lot easier.
According to UPI, police in Italy arrested a man on suspicions of marijuana possession after they found a picture of him standing in a field of weed on his cell phone.
It gets worse: the picture was his phone’s screen saver. Too bad his phone didn’t have an ass saver as well.
He reportedly lost the phone and a passerby found it and turned it over to police. It’s like they always say: the things you lose always turn up in the last place you look, like last week when I lost my car keys and they were in my kitten. Lucky for me that Sockets accidentally fell in that blender.
They called the phone’s owner in and he broke down and confessed and turned police over to his secret stash. He was forced to surrender his drugs, his cell phone and his rollover minutes to authorities.
