This Case is Cracked

Monday, August 13th, 2007 • Filed under Drugs

There are very few feelings lower in this world than getting ripped off. Getting an arm ripped off would be one of them.

According to the Cordele Dispatch in Cordele, Ga., a woman called the cops to complain that she had been ripped off: someone sold her some fake crack cocaine.

The woman claimed she called police so she could get her money back. Since when has the CIA ever offered anyone a refund?

When police arrived at her house, she even led officers to the fake rock in her kitchen. She told them she even tried to smoke it. I wonder if she used charcoal or hickory chips, because I love that woody flavor.

Apparently, the police in Cordele frown upon such naughty behavior. The possession of crack cocaine, I mean, because they took her into custody. Cordele police said if anyone suspects they have been sold more of the fake crack, they should bring it to the downtown police station immediately and bring a change of overnight clothes.

She wasn’t the first, or even the second person to do this.

But if it was fake crack… why was she arrested? Can I be jailed because I bought a bag of oregano?

Ever heard of those two dummies who went on Judge Joe Brown in a case about who didn’t pay for some drugs? Ahh, good times, I miss those nutjobs- like this woman, apparently.

Pretty funny that someone would do that, but this isn’t the firs time I’ve heard of someone doing this!

I read a story the other day about a man who called the police because someone had stolen his cocaine stash needless to say, he was arrested

How’s this one, a guy actually called police, filled out a police report and actually expected to be able to press charges because someone broke into his house and stole half a brick of cocaine. Why on earth would you tell the police you had that much cocaine in your house? The cops let him file the report and turned right around and charged him with possession with intent to sell. Can you get any dumber??????
