Actually if he had the right idea. If your going to forge a lottery ticket don’t forge the grand prize one. That would bring far too much attention to yourself. If you go for a smaller prize you might get away with it because there would be less people interested.

The real criminals are not those who are idiots and get caught for stupid things. The real criminals are those who actions are legal but are fraudulent nonetheless. The evil people who are responsible for paying the congress’ (no not the taxpayer, but the the lobbyists) well in order to convince them to pass laws which will benefit their profit margins. The private sector is a beautiful thing when honesty is a value. But believe it or not (even with the corruption) it is better than government control. History proves it. Democracy always fails, a Republic (upon which the U.S. was founded) is the only solution.
