There are some things that will just never mix: oil and water, peanut butter and ferrets and malls and machetes.
One guy found that out when he brought a machete into a mall, according to the Chronicle Herald.
Officers in the mall observed the man walking in a suspicious manner and believed he might have had a dagger in his pants before they arrested him. It turns out it was a very large dagger and he reportedly was not happy to see them.
Police asked the man if he was carrying a knife. He then produced the weapon in question and responded, “That’s not a knife. That’s a knife.”
The officers then showed the man what a gun looked like.
