ONE OF LIFE LITTLE LESSONS NO. 554: Parties are fun, but not when they are brought to a screeching halt by the realtor of the home that you broke into.

A man was arrested trespassing when he threw a pool and beer party at a vacant home and got busted by the real estate agent, according to the Weatherford Democrat.

The suspect found the empty home with some friends and decided to throw a pool party because apparently when this guy sees home for sale, he sees a pool party. There’s a lesson there for all of us.

While the guys were having their clambake, the realtor went by to check on the house and found the guys doing cannonballs and belly flops in the pool. The boys invited her join them, but that didn’t work.

The realtor called police and and investigators found they got to the pool by breaking in through an upstairs window. They also found (surprise!) empty beer cans all over the place. Oh alcohol, is there anything stupid that you can’t make people do?
