Cop (and Brain) and a Half

It’s hard to understand the logic of people who impersonate cops. That is, assuming that they have some ounce of logic in the first place.
One man tried to pass himself as a police officer to another police officer, according to KATU.
He tried to claim he was a cop during a traffic stop. He said, “I am a cop here. I am a cop there. I am a cop everywhere! I’m a cop in this box. I’m a cop in these socks. I am a cop Sam I Am, so please enjoy these green eggs and ham.”
He then tried to use his false police officer status to get out of the ticket, but the citing officer refused. The same officer later arrested him for impersonating an officer. Here’s a tip: if you’re going to pretend to be a police officer, don’t give a real officer your real address.
