Whoever thought that Rhode Island could be this exciting?
PROVIDENCE, R.I. A 19-year-old Boston man is accused of walking naked near Providence College.
Scott Simpson was arrested early yesterday morning after police say they found him walking in the rain while naked. He’s been charged with disorderly conduct.
The good news is he’s already been appointed an atttorney and is developing a case. The bad news is his attorney believes it won’t be able to stand up in court.
But this isn’t just your average “police finds naked man in the rain” story. Just like every unpredictable “Twilight Zone” episode, there’s a twist. I guess that really doesn’t make them very unpredictable.
Police paged another man, 21-year-old Christopher Flaherty, to pick this freak up and when he showed up, he said he didn’t know the man. Then he became beligerant, started fighting and tried to bite one of the officers. So remember kids, don’t start a fight in a police station, don’t take candy from strangers and if you break a neighbor’s window, get some blood from your friends and plant it at the scene as evidence.
