Voicemail has done some great things in its time. It has eliminated wasteful paper used to write down phone numbers. It has kept people in touch with each other, even though they aren’t there to receive the call. It has provide police with easy to carry evidence for trials.
A man who threatened a police officer do so by leaving it on his voicemail, according to WSFA.
The suspect left a “life-threatening” message on the officer’s answering machine. But this wasn’t just any officer. This was the sheriff. I’m guessing he knows how to file charges for that sort of thing.
A department spokesperson said the suspect obviously put a lot of thought into his message. Was he making a threat or writing a birthday card?

You must have a huge pair if you can threaten the sheriff. He must have specially made pants and underwear.
