Wombats are Mean Little F******s
You notice over to the right that there are a list of categories in which we place these odd, humorous and sometimes utterly baffling stories about mankind’s lack of normal intelligence and its brief run-ins with the law. Well, we couldn’t put this story in one of those categories because we don’t have a page for it because even if it did happen like this man claims, I don’t want to know what the charge would be against the wombat.
According to The Nelson Mail, a man was sentenced to community service for claiming that he was raped by a wombat.
Now that I think of it, maybe it should have gone in the drugs category.
The man was charged with using a phone for a fictitious purpose because, once again, he claimed he was raped by a wombat. He later retracted his charge after he called an emergency line because “the wombat pulled out.” Oh, I hope it was a gun.
Now this story immediately springs to mind two thoughts: (1) MWHAHAHAAAAAA! HA! HA! HA! (choke) (cough) HAHAHHAAAAAAAAA AH AH AH AH AH! (sigh), and (2) if you allow yourself to get raped by a wombat, you either really did something bad to deserve it or are so weak and unable to defend yourself that you’re lucky it didn’t steal your identity as well.
