An All Night Lock Out

Wednesday, August 13th, 2008 • Filed under Robberies

One of Life’s Little Lessons #76: Always remember that what keeps our dreams locked away from us is incompetence.

A robber was foiled by a fast food manager when the manager locked him out of the restaurant, according to the Chattanoogan.

The robber caught the manager in his car and ordered him out of it at gunpoint. The manager, out of habit, asked the robbery for a large Big Bacon Classic with a small fries.

The robber then told the manager to unlock the restaurant. The manager did just that while the robber stood by the car and waited for him. Something tells me this guy didn’t really write his plan down on paper before he executed it because then he’d realize it doesn’t even look good on paper.

The manager ended up locked himself inside the store and called police while the robber took off. Police are looking for a guy who returns to the store to ask the manager if he ever unlocked the restaurant.

the mental midget that wrote the first comment should have stayed in school past the third grade to learn about spelling and grammer. remember ” it is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought an idiot than to open your mouth and remove all doubt”.

The critical jerk who wrote the second comment ALSO should have stayed in school PASSED the 3rd grade to work on their spelling and GRAMMAR as well. Besides, who are you? The internet spelling and GRAMMAR police?

    Schaboigen:

The first ‘critical jerk’ was correct when he/she said “past the 3rd grade.” He/she meant that the first person who left a comment should have stayed in school LONGER THAN just through the 3rd grade.

If it would have been the way you ‘corrected’ it, you would have needed a comma in there. For example, “He should have stayed in school, passed the third grade and learned about spelling and grammar.”

    How’s THAT for correction? :o )

Dear first guy… despite all smart-assed comments on spelling, grammar and whatnot’s, I realize your intention and I have to say, that really was a funny story. At least, I enjoyed it.

Why do you even care about spelling and Grammer? If these guys have jobs, they obviously made it to high school. You can forget alot of things over summer vacation you know.
