Check The Check

A man went to a fancy restaurant and paid his tab with a check. On the back of the check he wrote a note to the waitress: “I have a gun. Put all the money from the register into a plain bag and give it to me.” The waitress calmly complied. As soon as the man left, she called the police and gave them the man’s name and address–information she got from the check.
