Dye Another Day
The worst mistake a criminal can make is to make the same mistake again. The worst mistake a criminal can make is to make the same mistake again. The worst mistake a criminal can make…
BROOKLYN, N.Y. (New York Post) — Clenzo Thompson really should get a new career.
The bird-brained bandit was busted for sticking up the same Brooklyn bank twice in three days - and having a dye pack explode in his face both times, cops said.
And this is three years after he robbed another bank but dropped his state ID card while pocketing the cash, sources said.
The New York Post fails to mention some of the other, more bumbling crimes he’s committed such as the time he held up a McDonald’s for some ketchup packets and the napkins and the time he burglarized a bank and left behind an autographed picture of Yakov Smirnoff that read, “To my number one schnozkia, Clenzo who lives at the Upper West Side at 225 25st Apt. 432 just a block east of the Katzenberg Family Deli.”
The good news is he did get the dye paint off of his face. Of course, the sad news is wiping the shame off his face is going to take a little more work.

I use to question why criminals, with all the effort they put into such illegal activities, can’t just go out and get a job to earn the money. At least you don’t risk legal action taken against you if caught, right?
However, in lieu of stories like this, it kind of makes you think, “No wonder he couldn’t get a real job.”

Either that, or he had just the vaguest twinge of de ja vu before the dye exploded in his face.
