‘Held Up’ at the Airport

Once again, this technically doesn’t meet the definition of a “Dumb Criminal.” He’s more like an “Unlucky Criminal,” but then again, aren’t they all? I mean, except for OJ.
BERLIN (Reuters) – A German woman who was held up and robbed in her Berlin apartment earlier this month was astonished to see the thief waiting to board her flight from Antalya in Turkey to the German capital, police said Tuesday. The 37-year-old woman telephoned her husband who alerted the authorities, police spokesman Joerg Kunzendorf said.
Man, how unfortunate is that for him? Imagine what she would be able to do if airport security had allowed her to bring her snake on board!
She called authorities and police arrested him at the airport. Police had trouble getting to the airport, so police told the woman to stall him. That wasn’t hard to do, he was already waiting to board a flight on Continental.
He was arrested and taken into custody on the spot. Police also found three people carrying a pair of nail clippers, one carrying a nose hair trimmer and two carrying bottles of water, and they were charged with terrorist plotting.
