There’s something very wrong with our children when some as young as 10 and 12 years old try to hold up a shop, but try to hold up a shop with a water pistol.

LEAVENWORTH, Kan. (Ananova, Kansas City Star) - Two boys, ages 11 and 14, have been arrested for holding up a shop with a purple water pistol in Kansas.

They disguised the toy with black tape to make it more realistic for the raid in Leavenworth, near Kansas City.

Yes because black tape makes everything look more realistic! It’s electricial tape, realism on every roll.

Here’s the worst part: the Kansas City Star reports the guns weren’t even loaded with water. Man, they are lucky because the store clerk keeps a Super Soaker under the counter.

One of the boys tried to grab some cash and run, but the cops caught up to them before they got away. Police said even though the gun they used wasn’t real, they are still being charged with robbery. Looks like THEY’RE the ones who got all wet. Oh ha ha, our ghostwriter’s out this week.

    i think the store clerk is the stupid one in this story…i really do how the fuck do you think a watergun covered with tape is real this country is fucking stupid those kids need a kick in the teeth for not using a actual gun or at least something close to it

    I can just imagine the conversation the robbers had before trying to hold up the store;
    “Hey, wanna go rob a store?”
    “Sure!”
    “Bummer, we don’t have any guns!”
    “Lets use water guns!”
    “Yeah! And fill them with like some acid or something?”
    “Naw! Lets just use some black tape and never use them! People’ll fall for it!”

    I don’t understand why people target games saying games are to blame. Did robbery start when games did? I don’t think so, so why is it that games are blamed?

    The stupid part of this whole caper is the fact that our fearless lawmen take the time, money, and effort to arrest two kids for pulling a prank. With all the jerks on our police forces these days, the kids are lucky they didn’t get shot as that seems to be the way all police deal with criminals these days. Unfortunately they often shoot and kill the innocent, and get away with it…
