A man was making a stop at an ATM machine during an outing with his daughter and a group of her friends to celebrate her birthday when he decided to play a practical joke on the girl. The man gave his daughter a stick em up note, and had the girl walk into the bank to show it to a teller. Several police officers and FBI agents responded to the alarm and surrounded the building. Nobody was amused when the man tried to explain that it was just a joke. He was arrested and taken to jail and his daughter was returned to her mother.
