The Naked Truth

Remember this because it’s true. The truth will always set you free, unlike this guy who is looking at hard time.
A naked man (not the one featured in the photo, mind you) who police caught running around a wilderness park made up a story about his clothes being robbed, according to the Lincoln Star Journal.
The man initially told police that a man with a gun tried to rob him and because he didn’t have any money, he took his clothes instead. That’s a natural reaction. Whenever I forget to bring some cash with me to the gas station, I offer up my pants as collateral.
The man later admitted that he got naked because he was feeling hot (as in temperature, sickos) and ended up running through the park because he lost his clothes. So now he faces charges of filing a false report.

“made up a story about his clothes being robbed”
Clothes cannot be robbed. PERSONS are robbed. INSTITUTIONS are robbed (because, grammatically, they are persons).
Clothes are STOLEN.

John, it didnt say the CLOTHES were ROBBED. It said, “[the robber] took [the man's] clothes…” The man was robbed of his clothes. -_-
