Even though this guy hasn’t technically been caught, he still belongs in the dumb category for not knowing how to dress himself properly.
A robber who uses underwear for a mask is going on a crime-spree, according to KDSK.
He walks into the store with a pair of boxers on his head and if the cashier doesn’t die from laughing so hard, he pulls out a weapon and demands money from the cash register.
I feel really for sorry for the bloodhound that has to track that robber’s scent.
