There are lots of winners in life. This isn’t one of them.
An accused liquor thief left behind a fully filled-out raffle ticket at the scene of the crime, according to the AP.
The thief pocketed a bottle of whiskey and tried to leave the store, but before he left he filled out a raffle ticket. Maybe the first prize was a high priced litigator.
Police found the ticket and arrested the man who filled it out. I guess he lost.

because they have no other option…they dropped out of school, their parents were no where around, they couldnt get a job so the only thing to do IS to turn to society’s main course meal….STUPIDITY with a extra side of IGNORANCE….

Too many people think the law doesn’t apply to them and that they have the right to take what they want. Then they wonder why they go to jail.
