Funny Money

You would be surprised how easy it is to make counterfeit money. What won’t surprise you is how hard it is to pass it off as real money.
A counterfeiter tried to pass off a photocopied bill as a real one, according to the Sheboygan Press.
The teenage suspect photocopied a $20 bill and gave it to a friend. He also photocopied a quarter, so he could pay the 50-cents copying fee.
When an innocent friend tried to spend the bill at a store, police questioned him. They took custody of the bill and called it a “fairly good” copy. Just think, for years professional counterfeiters have spent millions on giant machines and steel carved molds to make their dollars. All they needed was a copy card for Kinko’s.

How stupid would his friend have to be to not know it was photocopied? I mean, the only ways to make it 2-sided would be to have the printer print on both sides, which doesn’t usually line up, or copy the front and back and glue them together, which is just really, really fake looking.
